HOW TO FIND YOUR MERCEDES SERIAL NUMBER

To generate your exact PIN code, we need the information printed on the label located on the metal casing of your radio unit.

STEP 1: REMOVE THE RADIO You will need standard flat Mercedes radio release keys to slide the unit out of the dashboard. Insert them into the two small horizontal slots at the bottom of the radio.

STEP 2: READ THE STICKER Look at the paper label on the unit. We need two things:

• Model Number (Typ): Usually starts with BE (Becker) or AL (Alpine), followed by 4 digits (e.g., BE 4720 or AL 2910).
• Serial Number (S/NO): An 8-digit number located just below the barcode (e.g., 12345678).
